At Celestial Serenade, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted music boxes. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (undamaged and unused).

In its original packaging, including all protective foam and inserts (essential for fragile items).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged & Fragile Items (Important) Our music boxes are delicate instruments. Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Action Required: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@celestialserenade.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Please provide clear unboxing photos or videos. Once verified, we will arrange a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Quality Issues: If the return is due to product defects or shipping damage, we will cover the international return shipping costs.

Personal Reasons: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changing your mind, wrong model selection), the customer is responsible for the international return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

Customized or personalized music boxes (unless they arrive damaged).

Sale items or Gift Cards.

6. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
