A note from our design studio
The hardest part of our design process was optimizing the lighting effect instead of sculpting the carousel horses. Our early test samples had overly sharp LED light spots that directly penetrated the resin shell, which was totally inappropriate for bedside ornaments, especially in kids' bedrooms.
We repeatedly optimized the light diffusion structure for many rounds, until the soft gradient color light evenly overflowed from the whole base instead of dazzling single light points. The final mass-produced version is safe enough to keep lighting all night beside a sleeping baby, which is our core standard for this product.
